Doesn’t pay attention to the form you fill out for items you want

2nd time subscriber. Filled out form for hardbairs. And rattle traps got all soft plastics. The same EXACT soft plastics I got in my last box. Won’t be renewing subscription

I really appreciate the variety of lures that come in my monthly box if i had to give 1 critic it would be maybe more hardbaits in a box. Nevertheless great subscription

I'm missing two items out the box and order numbers never right to check on box all of my items or to big for the pond fishing I do but heavy but good too a different place to fish thax smh

Well worth the monthly subscription amount. You get a lot of plastics with this company, all higher end stuff at least. This month I got the same hard bait that I got last month.
From my experience, it's 2 weeks from time you pay until you receive your box. Any contact to customer service is limited, but I've always gotten a reply, eventually.
I have canceled my monthly subscription but haven't gotten any confirmation yet.

After some issues getting my box shipped, it arrived after 10 days. I'm not 100% sold on this subscription service yet.
Received box and promptly opened with great anticipation. This month was worth more than I paid, which is important when doing a subscription box. Couple nice soft plastics and hard baits. I haven't used any of it yet, I just received yesterday. Everything looks promising but time in water will be the true test.
Of the subscription boxes available, this is the best bang for your buck at this time.
